Gallagher Construction Office Building
This 3 story commercial building boasts ample warehouse space, commercial grade woodshop, design showroom and construction office. The 3rd floor offers two residential apartments that offer affordable housing with beautiful mountain views of North Star and mount rose, all within walking distance of downtown. The second floor offices feature polished concrete floors, custom fabricated metal stair railing, reclaimed wood walls, reclaimed brick walls and hand scraped hickory hard wood floors. The 4 commercial bathrooms and shower round out a rustic modern workplace that blend function and design with beautiful mountain setting.

Gallagher Construction Home Wins 2014 CATT Residential “Project of the Year” and Tahoe Mountain Quarterly Awards
Martis Camp Lot 313 was announced by the Contractors Association of Truckee-Tahoe as the 2014 residential project of the year. It also won recognition for architectural design and interior design from the prestigious publication “Tahoe Quarterly”.
The home was designed by Clare Walton of Walton Architecture and Engineering and completed by Gallagher construction in June of 2014. The project features a very unique combination of materials and design, including reclaimed barnwood siding, reclaimed corrugated metal soffit, weathering steel chimneys, and reclaimed St. Louis brick. Each material has its own texture and level of warmth and they all work in harmony to bring an uncommon style to each room.
